All products sold by diamonds & co. (“we”, “us”, “our”) are governed by these Terms & Conditions. We may update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice, and continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Orders & Pricing
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and imagery. However, we do not guarantee that all information on the site will be error-free. If a product is listed with incorrect pricing or information due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
3. Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Payment is required at checkout. Customers agree to pay all charges associated with their orders, including taxes and shipping fees.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We make reasonable efforts to ship orders promptly. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. diamonds & co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the package is delivered to the carrier.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Diamonds & Co. does NOT accept returns. Exchanges are permitted within 7 days of purchase only when the original receipt is provided and the item is returned in unworn, unused, undamaged condition with original packaging and tags intact. Items that are worn, altered, cleaned, or damaged are not eligible. Custom pieces, sale items, and clearance items are final sale. Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, diamonds & co. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or purchase of products. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product involved.
7. Use of Content
All site content—including images, text, graphics, and designs—is the property of diamonds & co. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Content may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Sanford, Florida.
