Refund Policy - the basics
Our store does not accept returns under any circumstance. However, we offer exchanges within seven days of purchase, provided that the original receipt is presented and the jewelry is returned in unworn, unused, and undamaged condition with all original packaging and tags intact. Items that show signs of wear, alteration, cleaning, or damage are not eligible for exchange. Sale items, custom pieces, and clearance items are considered final sale and cannot be exchanged. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with the exchange unless otherwise specified. To request an exchange, customers should contact us within seven days of purchase and include their order number and receipt so that we can provide detailed instructions and confirm item availability.
